  1. Try making some “karela bhanrwa” (stuffed hagalakai – bitter gourd)…there are many recipes for the same…but you must use the right one.

    Ensure that you slit the karelas, make a nice filling, tie it with string (common bili dhara)…try it…the dish is extremely tasty if you can make the filling proportionate and don’t overcook the karela…
