Sabsige soppu(Dill leaves) – 2 kattu
Bellulli(garlic) – 7-8 pieces
Karibevu (Curry leaves)
Green chillies – 5-6
Red Chillies – 2-3(For decorative tampering)
Sasve(Mustard seeds)-Half teaspoon
Togari bele(Toor dal) – 2 battalu
How to make:
Cook toor dal for 2 whistles in cooker.
Wash and cut sabsige soppu, green chillies.Mash garlic and keep it aside.
Take 2 tablespoon of oil in kadai. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.Next add mashed garlic,chopped green chillies, curry leaves,red chillies and haldi.
After a minute add chopped Sabsige soppu, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now add cooked toor dal and mix well. Add salt. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
Sabsige soppina bele ready.
